FAQ
ACCOUNT AND APPLICATION
No. Universities and colleges have refund policies when you actually accept your offer, but there are no charges from our side at any stage.
In most cases you would need to submit:
- One or two academic references.
- Official transcripts of your previous and current qualifications (detailing course, modules, subject grades and final overall grade, if completed).
- Submitting a personal statement is highly recommended.
- You can support your application with your employment history to showcase your skills and experience.
- At Postgraduate level application methods vary from institution to institution. You may need to complete any or all of the following depending on the course: CV, cover letter and personal statement.
Many universities and colleges will continue to accept applications from international students until later in the year, nearer the beginning of the course but don’t leave it too late though, because if you do get a place, you’ll still need to arrange a visa and your accommodation.
A number of UK universities have courses starting in either January or February, including foundation degrees, undergraduate degrees, postgraduate Master’s, PhDs, short courses, distance learning and English Language courses.
This depends on the type of change you want to make. You can change your address, phone number, and email address in your profile. If you want to change your choices, this will depend on where you are in the application process. For more information, please speak to our team via email, phone, or live chat.
We’ll process it and send you a welcome email confirming the application has been sent to your university choices. You can sign in to your account to track and check the progress of your application.
Refund policies vary from university to university and all parents and students are requested to check the letter of admission and the university prospectus carefully to familiarise themselves with the refund policy of the institutions.
This will depend on the course you are applying to. For most courses work experience is not generally required, but any relevant work experience could add weight to your application. You can provide full details of your work experience in the Employment section of the application form or in your personal statement if this is relevant to the course you are applying to.
This will not usually affect your application providing you can demonstrate a continued level of academic knowledge and interest. However, universities will still require full transcripts and certificates for your studies.
